How do we get there?

From North America there are typically daily flights via Miami, Houston, Atlanta, and New York to major cities in the countries we visit. In the pricing/details section of each trip, you will find a specific flight itinerary that we recommend based on scheduling and price. While tickets are not included in the price, this recommendation is provided to help save you time and money.

Can you arrange our International air tickets?

We do not arrange any international air from North America to South America or Spain. We recommend that you check for these flights directly with the airlines. In the pricing/details section of each trip, you will find a specific flight itinerary that we recommend based on scheduling and price. While tickets are not included in the price, this recommendation is provided to help save you time and money.

Are all your prices in US dollars?

Yes, all of our rates are quoted in US dollars.

When do we have to pay?

A $500 non refundable deposit is required with your reservation and the balance is due 120 days before departure.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept check and cash.

What is not included in the price for the tours?

The follow is NOT included in the program: International tickets, travel and transfers before and after the program; excess baggage charges; some beverages, including soft drinks, all liquor, all beer, and some bottled water; airport, security and departure taxes; passport and visa fees; vaccinations; drugs and medical expenses; insurance; single supplements; tips and gratuities; personal items such as laundry, gifts, postage and telephone.

Can you make hotel and other tour reservations for us in South America/Spain?

We can help you! We are able to assist you to recommend additional hotels and tours throughout South America and Spain. We can also help you to plan an efficient itinerary that will make the most of the time you have available and at a price you can afford. You will be responsible for making the reservations.

Can we purchase trip cancellation and travel insurance for this tour?

Many US based insurance companies offer low cost trip cancellation, travel and medical insurance. We can help refer you to the best companies.
